Teleporting machine

Adds a player teleporting machine that requires power. This mod was specially designed for Warp Drive Machine.

Features

• Requires power charging on both teleporters: origin (60%) and destination (10%).
• It consumes that power when used
• Allows teleporting on the same planet only
• Other mods may use interface to set a teleporters to a restricted group, so they will allow teleporting on that group only, even on different surfaces
