Ticking Time Bomb

Adds a ticking time bomb, which you can place on the ground and run away to destroy things on a delay. More exciting and cinematic than shooting it from a cowardly distance via rocket launcher.

Ticking time bombs cannot be repaired, picked up, blueprinted, or placed by robots. You have to do the job yourself. They explode ten seconds after placement, but be careful - biters can damage the bomb and set it off sooner!
