This mod adds a cruise control to trains

Description

This mod adds cruise control to trains.

The cruise control uses fuel verry efficient by throttling the fuel use.

By default the mod uses CTRL + O to configure the speed and O to toggle the cruise control

Credits to PavementDriveAssist authors for the inspiration and most of the code. This is mostly a copy of their cruise control adapted for trains.
