Steps: 1) Create me-station(s) at your make everything/mall/workshop location. Place me-combinator to provide circuit signals to requester chests for filling the engineering train. Connect inserters with RED wire to the station, including the logic "read hand contents" and "pulse".

2) Lay down an outpost or factory module in ghost form.

3) Build Outpost station next to ghosted creation. Use ghost reader combinator to read the requirements (including modded requirements) for building the outpost/factory module. Connect ghost reader to the Outpost station via GREEN wire. At this point your order will have been added to the queue (yes you can queue multiple requests). Wire unloading inserters with RED wire to the station using logic on the inserters - "read hand contents", "pulse".
