Adds void chest & void pipe.

Mostly code from https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Void-Works, updated for latest Factorio. Credits to JDOGG, Optera, kendfrey, Rseding91 for their original void mods.

(Includes Space Exploration fix & reduced UPS usage) (Possibly compatible with IR2? recipe was changed to iron chest + stone furnace)
