uses infinity chest type added in Factorio 0.16 to void items with highest possible performance

##Description v1.x.x Rewrite of Buggi's Void Chest with improved performance. It is several times more efficient than the original void chest and magnitudes than Creative Mode void chests. It will take over any "void-chest" created by other mods eliminating the need to rebuild all chests after migrating from a different void chest fork.

##Known Issues: For the same reason it can use any chest named void-chest it will very likely be incompatible with other void chest mods.

##Known Incompatibilities: Any mod raising system events like on_built_entity. Please use VCP 2.3.0 if you absolutely want to use mods raising system events.
