having wire shortcut without altering recipe

Description

Inspired by Wire Shortcuts, This mod is just a minimal implementation of wire shortcut,with mod setting to control if it provide free wires.

so there`re no item/recipe balance issue(and if the free wire are conflict to your mod design,you can disable it completely.)

I suggest install Power Grid Comb to have full 4 shortcut all about wires,which looks good in gui.
