Adds a new Villager Profession, enabling an easier method of obtaining rare fossil Pokemon that are otherwise a pain to find.

Adds better accessibility to fossil Pokemon in Cobblemon by adding a new Villager Profession. Using the lab table will assign the villager the Paleontologist profession. They will sell brushes, shovels, fossil machine parts, and base cobblemon fossils.
