About [Cobblemon] Kazeran Eeveelutions

The Kazeran Region's very own Eeveelution regional forms!
These regional forms of eevee originate from the many different conditions and unique quirks that the fictional Kazeran region hides. These eeveelutions all come with their own unique second typing to pair with their primary type as well as a Custom Signature Move and Ability with modified movesets and abilities. Each with their own custom cries as well! They also come with their own shiny and prismatic shiny (needs Kazerios Prismatic Shinies to find the prismatic forms

Vaporeon (Water/Fairy) 💧🧚
This version of Vaporeon loves to lure unsuspecting Clamperl with its songs, only to capture them and steal their pearl. It wears the pearl around its neck as a trophy, a symbol of its majesty over the sea.

Evolution Requirement: Give Eevee a _Water Gem_ while it's holding a _Fairy Feather_
Abilities: Liquid Voice, Cute Charm, _Sonic Resonance_
Signature Ability: Sonic Resonance: Sound-based moves deal 25% more damage and have a 30% chance to lower the target's Speed.
Signature Move: Siren's Song: The user sings an enchanting melody, dealing damage and causing the target to become drowsy and asleep on the next turn. This move is both a Water and Fairy type move.
Flareon (Fire/Dragon) 🔥🐲
Legends of a draconic Flareon have been passed down through generations, found slumbering in the depths of the deadliest volcanoes of the Kazeran region. Legends say its full form power has never been revealed.

Abilities: Rock Head, Marvel Scale, _Dragon's Fury_
Signature Ability: Dragon's Fury: Fire moves are 20% stronger above half HP; Dragon moves are 20% stronger below half HP.
Signature Move: Dracoblaze Rush: The user lunges at the target with a blazing speed, dealing damage and applying recoil for the damage dealt. This move is both a Fire and Dragon type move and raises speed in the sun.
Jolteon (Electric/Ground) ⚡🏔️
Adapted to the thunderous deserts of the Kazeran region, it has the ability to manipulate the iron found in small grains of sand to use as versatile weaponry, also making use of the magnetic fields in the area to levitate itself.

Evolution Requirement: Give Eevee an _Electric Gem_ while in a desert
Abilities: Lightning Rod, Static Flux, _Sand Rush_
Signature Ability: Static Flux: Electric moves have a 50% chance to lower the target's Speed by 1 stage.
Signature Move: Shockwave Slam: The user unleashes a thundering shockwave through the ground, dealing damage and lowering the target's Speed. This move is also a ground type move that hits all adjacent foes.
Espeon (Psychic/Steel) 👁️🔗
Eevee's evolution into Espeon was altered by the Kazeran region's unique energy coming from underground, giving it a more robotic appearance. It draws power from the gem above its head, said to be a fragment of a fallen star.

Evolution Requirement: Give Eevee a Metal Coat with 160 Friendship during the day
Abilities: Levitate, Psychic Surge, _Prism Capacitor_
Signature Ability: Prism Capacitor: After being hit by a special move, your next Psychic move deals 50% increased damage.
Signature Move: Metal Storm: The user unleashes a storm of metallic shards, striking the target 2-5 times. This move has a chance to lower the target's Special Defense with each hit.
Umbreon (Dark/Flying) 🌑🪽
Legends say that bathed in the light of a forbidden sky, when Eevee soared too close to the sun and fell to the moon, it evolved into this Umbreon. Its wings shimmer with radiant darkness, embodying both ambition and perseverance.

Abilities: Competitive, Aerialate, _Shadow Striker_
Signature Ability: Shadow Striker: Dark-type moves have a 25% chance to make the target flinch.
Signature Move: Radiant Descent: User calls upon dark energy to descend from the skies, striking the foe, lowering its Defense and Special Defense.
Leafeon (Grass/Ghost) 🌳👻
Given a second chance at life through a stone of dusk. This Leafeon lurks in the deep woods, stalking prey and guiding the lost pokémon only to lure them and devour their souls.
