About No Enchantment Cap Level
From Modrinthremoves the enchantment level cap from 255 to the integer limit, negative levels also works
No Enchantment Cap Level removes the limit from the enchantment level put it from Minecraft devs, now the limit 255 was increase to 2147483647 (Integer limit) , also you can put negative levels like -1, -100, -10000000. Now you can put any enchant in any item with the new command /setenchant, check the wiki and learn how to used
