About NoCreeperCraters
From HangarPrevents Creeper explosions from destroying blocks.
A very lightweight plugin that prevents Creepers from breaking blocks. Entities will still be damaged. This allows you to keep mobGriefing on without worrying about unintended explosions from Creepers.
This plugin has no other functionality.
