About Phantom Spawning
From ModrinthThis is a basic mod that adds a command to enable/disable Phantom Spawning; which can be set by each player.

Sakura's Phantom Spawning mod. This allows each user to define their own Phantom Spawning status.
To Use
Type in the /phantomspawning command and then use the optional true or false parameter.
True [_DEFAULT_] means Phantoms will spawn, False means that they will not.
The saved players will then be saved to the config/phantom-spawning.json file.
NEW: Added the /batspawning command for Admins to control Bat Spawning.
