About Retromod
From ModrinthRetromod Is a Minecraft mod that allows you to play older mods on newer versions.
Retromod lets you get mods that were made for older versions, to work on newer ones. Retromod lets you take a mod built for 1.18 can run on 26.3 without waiting for them to update it.
How to use 📥
So instead of putting the mods into the /mods folder, you put the old mod in retromod-input or else fabric will regect it instantly (other loaders you dont have to do this but it is recomended). Then Retromod updates it then moves it into mods
Retromod works on Fabric, NeoForge, Quilt, and Forge.
So, What works? 🔍
If you want the best results these are the mods you want to use and tranlsate. Content mods work the best out of all of them. quality-of-life mods still have relitivly high sucses rate. The rest are libraries, recipe viewers, and still more.
