About Sleep Quality

From Modrinth

This mod adds some effects after you wake up, depending on how you slept. (Formerly More Sleeps)

Sleep Quality

_(Formerly More Sleeps)_

About:

This mod gives effects to you when you wake up based on:

  • Bed type - Vanilla bed, sleeping bag (only comforts for now)
  • Lighting around bed - Not enough or too much light = bad sleep
  • Roof detection - Detects if there is a roof above bed
  • Weather - If the bed doesn't have a roof, and when it's sunny you'll get better sleep, but if it's raining/thunder you'll get worse sleep
Configuration
  • Minimal light level for good sleep
  • Height of roof checking
  • Duration of good/bad effects
  • Bonus points for sleeping under _clear sky without roof_
  • Penalty points for sleeping in _rain/thunder without roof_
  • Enable clear negative effects when sleep quality is good _(True by default)_
  • Enable debug messages in chat _(False by default)_

Before 2.0

More Sleeps

Every sleep is choosed randomly, but some has bigger chances on happening.

All sleeps list

Curently there are:

  • Normal sleep (nothing happens) - Obviously most common
  • Good sleep (Regeneration, Resistance, Speed)
  • Bad sleep (Nausea, Slowness, Mining Fatigue, Weakness)
  • Nightmare (same as bad sleep, but deals damage) - Rare

Versions:

  • Version 1.3
  • Added advancements
  • Version 1.2
  • You can now toggle nightmare on and off with gamerule.
  • Fixed bug: _When you leave the bed early it gave you effects_
  • Version 1.1
  • Adds Nightmare
  • Readds Normal sleep
