About Temporary Spawners
From ModrinthSpawners now have a cooldown.
Puts mob spawners on cooldown after some time in use.
Primary use is not allowing rpg mopacks to be easily cheesed by automatically farming mob spawners for loot.
By default spawners can be used for 5 minutes, and after that they go on cooldown for an hour.
