Player Suicide Bombs

Gives all players a suicide bomb to use. It's about as simple as that.

At some point there was another mod that had suicide bombers as a class. This is inspired by said mod but gives it to everyone instead.

To use:

1. Arm the Suicide IED given (cannot be hotkeyed)
2. Use the Suicide Detonator (can be hotkeyed)
3. Ring! Ring!
4. Profit!

There shouldn't be any major compatibility issues.
