TNG_Tricorder

TNG_Tricorder replaces EliteTools.

TR 590 Mark X (HandDrill4) TR 560 VI (Welder4) TR 580 VII (AngleGrinder4)

They work the same as the normal tools they just look like tricorders.

I wanted to see if it would work wanted something else other then the hand drill to carry to find ore so I made me a tricorder. It worked so did the same with other tools.

Please let me know of any bugs they work in space, moon, and planets
