UfoL's Ghostrider Trail

Inspired by Halloween and Ghostrider movie, where motorbike driven by burning skeleton was leaving trail of flames behind. Pure visual change to vehicle trails and footprints. May need little bit of polish, but i wanted to publish that before halloween.

Warning: Particles are generated per wheel, so be careful with large builds. Mods changing physical material/properties of astronaut of wheels may conflict with this.
