Extensive bag recycling

<p>[still works on 1.22]<br /><br />My elk needed a saddle, I ran out of leather and thought: hey I should be able to tear down my old leather bags to get some leather back.<br />24 hours later, I made this mod. It's the very first mod I make for any game!! It's not much, but we've all gotta start somewhere. After I was done, I realized similar mods already existed, but none were this extensive. So if my mod is missing ANYTHING, please drop a comment.<br /><br />Mod info:<br /><strong>Place your knife and bag however you want on the crafting grid</strong>. Any kind of knife will work, but it will need at least some durability for the recipe to work. Durability requirements:<br />Hunter backpack: 10<br />Linen sack: 10<br />Leather bag: 15<br />Sturdy leather bag: 20<br />Saddle bag: 30<br />Sturdy saddle bag: 50<br />Mining bag: 10 (also requires a chisel with 10+ durability)<br />Sturdy mining bag: 10 (read note at the bottom)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Expect ~75% materials back from recycling</strong>:</p> <p>Hunter backpack: 2 small pelts + 8 cattails<br />Linen sack: 15 flax fibers<br />Leather bag: 6 leather<br />Sturdy leather bag: 7 sturdy leather<br />Saddle bag: 16 leather + 3 copper nails<br />Sturdy saddle bag: 16 sturdy leather + 3 copper nails<br />Mining bag: 15 flax fibers + 3 bronze-bismuth ingots<br />Sturdy mining bag: 6 sturdy leather + 1 mining bag</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I didn't include a recipe for reed/papyrus baskets as they're already in the base game. (I obviously found out AFTER modding my own basket recycling recipe and not understanding why it wasn't working lmao)</p> <p>About sturdy mining bags: I wish I could include a better recipe for recycling sturdy mining bags, but the game won't allow it. I can only return two ingredients in a recipe, so recycling a sturdy mining bag gets you sturdy leather and a regular mining bag (losing a bit of flax fibers in the process). Since this step of the recycling process technically yields no ingot, this part of the recipe doesn't include a chisel. Because it is a two-part recipe, the true durability requirement for fully recycling a sturdy mining bag is 20 knife durability and 10 chisel durability.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
