Allows running .charsel to only swap the player model without changing class
Description
<p>Not much to explain on this one. You can run .charsel without requiring creative mode or "allowcharselonce". It also prevents spending the allowcharselonce permission if the class has not changed. Works with vanilla and player model lib.</p>
