Chop through a trunk and the <strong>whole tree topples over</strong> in an animated fall — crashing to the forest floor as a row of <strong>intact logs</strong> you walk up and chop for wood. Leave the base standing and it <strong>grows back into a full tree</strong> on its own. It all works on every species, on the wild trees that generated with your world, with an axe or your bare hands.</p> <p style="margin: 0 0 4px 0; color: #a5691a; font-family: 'Courier New',monospace; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold; letter-spacing: 2px;">◆ TIMBER — TREES ACTUALLY FALL</p> <ul style="margin: 0 0 14px 18px; padding: 0;"> <li><strong>The tree topples</strong> — chop a standing trunk and everything above your cut falls in the direction you're facing.</li> <li><strong>It lands as real logs</strong> — the trunk comes to rest as breakable horizontal logs on the ground. No more trees popping into a floating pile of drops; you chop the fallen wood by hand.</li> <li><strong>A proper fall</strong> — a creak, a timber crash, and a smooth topple animation. It's cosmetic and fully server-authoritative, so the blocks never desync.</li> </ul> <p style="margin: 0 0 4px 0; color: #a5691a; font-family: 'Courier New',monospace; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold; letter-spacing: 2px;">◆ STUMPS THAT GROW BACK</p> <ul style="margin: 0 0 14px 18px; padding: 0;"> <li><strong>Clear-cut</strong> — cut the very bottom log, the one on the ground, and the whole tree falls with nothing left behind.</li> <li><strong>Fell and regrow</strong> — cut any log <em>above</em> the bottom and the tree topples but that bottom log stays as a <strong>stump</strong>, quietly regrowing into a full tree after about <strong>one in-game year</strong> (configurable). Break the stump to cancel it.</li> <li><strong>It remembers</strong> — regrow timers are saved with the world and survive chunk unloads, relogs and server restarts — and a stump won't grow through a build that has since moved into its space.</li> </ul> <p style="margin: 0 0 4px 0; color: #a5691a; font-family: 'Courier New',monospace; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold; letter-spacing: 2px;">◆ IT REACTS TO THE WORLD</p> <ul style="margin: 0 0 14px 18px; padding: 0;"> <li><strong>Crushes what's underneath</strong> — a falling tree flattens the grass, flowers and bushes caught in its path.</li> <li><strong>Follows the ground</strong> — the trunk drapes down slopes and stops against walls and cliffs instead of floating in mid-air.</li> <li><strong>Knocks over neighbours</strong> — a large tree can topple a smaller tree it lands on.</li> <li><strong>Every tree</strong> — all wood species, including the wild, world-generated trees that were already standing.</li> </ul> <br> <p style="margin: 0 0 4px 0; color: #a5691a; font-family: 'Courier New',monospace; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold; letter-spacing: 2px;">◆ ADMIN COMMANDS</p> <table style="border-collapse: collapse; margin: 0 0 14px 0; width: 100%; border-spacing: 0px;" cellpadding="10"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="background: #efe0b0; border: 2px solid #caa96f; font-family: 'Courier New',monospace; font-size: 13px; color: #4a3620; line-height: 1.7; background-color: #efe0b0;">/woodsman get — show the current regrow delay and how many stumps are waiting<br>/woodsman set <dur> — set the regrow delay · units: 1y, 30d, 72h, 90m<br>/woodsman list — list the stumps still waiting to regrow<br>/woodsman all — regrow every standing stump right now</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p style="margin: 0 0 4px 0; color: #a5691a; font-family: 'Courier New',monospace; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold; letter-spacing: 2px;">◆ GOOD TO KNOW</p> <ul style="margin: 0 0 14px 18px; padding: 0;"> <li>Requires Vintage Story <strong>1.22.3+</strong>, installed on <strong>both server and client</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Multiplayer-safe</strong> — the server owns every block change; regrowth runs on cheap scheduled checks, never per-frame work.</li> <li><strong>In-game handbook</strong> — a Woodsman page under Handbook → Guides explains it all for players and admins.</li> <li><strong>Configurable</strong> — regrow time, minimum tree size to topple, the fall animation, cascade felling, and creative-mode behaviour.</li> </ul> <br> <table style="border-collapse: collapse; margin: 0 0 14px 0; width: 100%; border-spacing: 0px;" cellpadding="12"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="background: #efe0b0; border: 2px solid #caa96f; background-color: #efe0b0;" align="center"><img style="width: 44px; height: 44px;" src="https://st
