Nuclear Reactor Mod Updated for 9.7.13

This mod adds a nuclear reactor and steam turbine to help supplement your endgame/city projects. Right now everything in the mod is subject to change, so using it on a playthrough might not be the best idea.

TO SET UP THE REACTOR: Place the reactor, and hook up the intake to a water pump (left side). Place the steam turbine and hook the reactor output (right side) up to the steam turbine input (right side). Put some fuel cells in the reactor. Turn on the pump, reactor, and turbine. And viola, 10 000 watts for about 2.5 hours per fuel cell (subject to change).

Currently the fuel cells are crafted at the froth flotation cell from crushed copper ore and steel plates. You'll also get some copper concentrate and wet tailings to go along with it.

As I said before, this mod is going to be changed quite a bit. Not only for balancing but also just future additions. Right now its here to show that this mod is being actively worked on again and to gather some attention (and suggestions). INSTALL Just install this like any other mod, unzip, and throw it into the mods folder in the eco server.

*IMPORTANT NOTE* Although I do want to get the reactors to be able to run closed loop at some point, right now they do NOT work closed loop. It sucks, I know, just don't do it for now. I will hopefully find a work around. (Run water from a pump into the reactor, and run the runoff water from the turbine back into the world, don't plug it back into the reactor)
