Anvil Performance Optimization

This mod primarily fixes a lag spike that occurs when a player first looks at an anvil. The spike can be severe if many mods are installed.

 

The root cause of the issue is due to a cache miss that happens within BlockAnvil.GetPlacedBlockInteractionHelp(). This mod simply pre-loads this anvil cache to remove the spike.
