(Somewhat) Balanced Decorative Storage

<p>Just nerfs The OP Decorative Storage from QP Chisel Tools into oblivion.<br />I originally wanted to just reduce them to their normal spoilage stats but due to the way the decorative storage items are coded I couldn't get it to be perfect or even close so I just nerfed them to be pretty much unusable for any other food item but cheese.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h6><strong><em>(Also no, the mod icon is not about QP, QP was very helpful when I chatted with them!)</em></strong></h6>
