Boat speedz

<p>This mod changes speed of sailboats, vanilla rafts, canoes and primitive survival raft.<br />- Vanilla raft is 1.5 speed.<br />- Primitive survival raft is nerfed to be about the vanilla raft speed.<br />- Canoe speed is up to 2 speed multiplier from 1.5.<br />- Sailboat is also up to 2 speed multiplier from vanilla 1.2.</p>
