Cave Spawning Only

<p>Originally this was part of <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/betterjungles#cmt-142994"><span style="color: #2880b9;"><strong>Better Jungles</strong></span></a> mod, because mobs were constantly spawning under the tree canopy, but I decided to make it a standalone mod to give people more flexibility on how to play, and the other mod that did this wasn't working when I tried it.
