They aren't sold often enough, they don't match much of anything, and you can't craft them. Therefore, I did something about it 😁Use with Smithing+ for best metalcrafting results!!

Note: uncraftable metals in vanilla are: chrome, uranium, titanium, platinum, and stainless steel

NEW! Dependency: Attribute Rendering Library

The v3.0.0 update is not compatible with older versions of ChandelierCraft, you WILL have to replace your assets via the creative menu!!!

Classic Chandelier Variants:

All vanilla variants of metal can be used to craft chandeliers. The exceptions for this are, of course, metals that are not fully implemented in the base game - i.e. uranium and stainless steel. As these metals are not actually craftable, you're not going to be able to craft the related parts - and therefore the chandelier. They are, however, still available in the creative menu.

Rods and candle cups are the items used to craft the chandeliers in the crafting grid, and the variants of those needed have also been added. The crafting recipe for all chandelier variants requires the following list of items; one rod, eight candle cups, a solder iron, and one piece of solder. Of course, the rod and candle cups must be made of matching metal - and this produces one chandelier of the coresponding type.

And, for those that love rust, you can place these chandeliers in a barrel of limewater (50L) to oxidize them into the vanilla chandelier. This will consume 5L of the limewater and take 2 in-game days.

You can also deconstruct them in your crafting grid with a chisel.

NEW! DrKlinger's Chandeliers

We have revived Dr. K's chandeliers. The metal-wheel, glass-shaded, and single-tier chandeliers can all be crafted in the grid via recipes similar to the classic; using metal rods, candle cups, solder universally. The extra ingredients are as follows: metal-wheel uses rope, glass-shaded uses whole glass blocks, and the single-tier uses extra metal rods. At this time, these do not have rusty variants, only all metal variants with the same limitations as the classic chandelier. These can be deconstructed in the crafting grid with a chisel - but you will lose the bonus material used to craft them.

Craftable Torch Brackets

All vanilla variants of metal can now be used to craft metal torch brackets. These are very similar to the vanilla torchholders, but with nice square bands instead of the jagged tops. As with the metal chandelier variants, the exception to these will be metals that are not fully implemented in the base game - namely, uranium and stainless steel. And, like the craftable chandeliers, these options are still available in the creative menu.

"Nails and strips" variants have been added in order to craft the torch brackets in the crafting grid. Torch brackets can also be deconstructed in the crafting grid with a chisel. The crafting recipe for all torch bracket variants require the following; two candle cups, four nails and strips, a solder iron, and one piece of solder. As above, the nails and pounder caps have to be made of matching metals. This recipe produces two torch brackets of the coresponding type.

Toss your new-fangled torch brackets into a barrel with 10L of limewater, and in two days you will gain an equal number of the vanilla aged torch holders. This process consumes 5L of the limewater. You can do up to 5 in one barrel at a time! Or you can deconstruct them in your crafting grid with a chisel.

Candle Cups

Candle cups are a new metal object that can be smithed on an anvil. They are required to craft chandeliers and torch brackets, but are also their own stand-alone lighting object. Place and fill with one candle, either on the ground or on the wall as a sconce. These can also be deconstructed in the crafting grid.

To pick up a candle-filled cup, sneak and click. A filled candle cup can be placed in quadrants, or on bookshelves. Similar is true for placing them empty - but they cannot be filled in quad-placing or while on a bookshelf.

Candle Recipe Changes

As we will obviously be needing about a million candles, the following changes have been made to the cooking pot recipe:

<li style="text-align: left;"
