Cracked Rock is Weak

<p>This mod makes cracked rock quicker to break.</p> <p>I quite enjoy playing with rock instability but found the logic conflicting for fallen rock to become cracked rock without it being any weaker or easier to break.</p> <p>By "fixing" this with a simple patch, the mod also enables a quicker type of quarrying for loose stones if a world has cave-ins enabled.</p> <p>The mod can be easily configured by going into the only patch-file it contains and changing the resistance value found inside.
