Craft-a-Bell

"A device to communicate, record, and call for help. We’ll need to stay organized.
An unpleasant worm. Detested by commoners and nobles alike, for it was always watching.

This mod adds the ability (for clockmakers) to craft (currently just small) bells, loyal to whoever places them down and customizable with a variety of cosmetic and functional attachments.

currently the bell can:

-follow you, or wait in one spot

-ring when it is following you and there is a hostile vanilla mob within 20 blocks of it

-ring at midnight and ~3:30 (midnight and sun-up) with different chimes for each

-be claimed and marked by adding one of the gilding sets, which can be made with most nuggets or metal bits

-hold recordings of text, through the transcription book add-on, which is an inventory that only holds books, scrolls and parchment (maybe tuning cylinders?)(the idea is that you can read things to it and then retrieve it by listening/ retranscribing the notes with the book)

-be captured with the small cage from the animal cages mod

Planned:

-more hats/ things that it can wear (gib ideas plz)

-craftable large bell

-maybe some way to send messages between them over long distance?

-should it eat metal parts?
