Customizable Plate Armor

<p><strong>Requires</strong> <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/combatoverhaul">Combat Overhaul</a> and <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/26189">Wearable Render Library</a></p> <p>Adds new variants of all non-steel plate armors which have the same defensive protections as full steel plate.</p> <p>This is to open up more cosmetic options which are equally as viable as plate, allowing for more cosmetic variety on multiplayer servers.</p> <p>To create these, the recipe uses Steel armor piece as the base. You then use a hammer and a plate of the relevant material to change the armor's style to that of Copper, Gold, etc, but with the Steel metal's colouration and protection.</p> <p>This uses the Combat Overhaul versions of the plate armor sets, and will not work for vanilla.</p> <p>Deep red cinnabar trim for Gold, Iron, and Steel Plate made by <a class="mention username mceNonEditable" href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/user/F6BF2C6C1E44C82E24C0" data-user-hash="F6BF2C6C1E44C82E24C0">Chiruda</a></p> <h3>Also compatibile with:</h3> <ul> <li><a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/armory">Combat Overhaul: Armory</a> (adds colored versions of the individual armor pieces)</li> </ul> <h3>Known Issues</h3> <ul> <li>The recipe for changing the style of armor pieces displays in the handbook as needing the armor to be already-customized. This is a visual bug, that's not required. The recipe can work on any valid plate, and can be used to switch between them</li> <li>Combining customized parts from Combat Overhaul: Armory will not result in a customized end-product. Output of such a combination will always be the default appearance, and will need to be re-modified to your desired style using the customization recipes</li> </ul>
