10L Milk + 1L Fruit Vinegar = 9L Whey + 4 Whole Milk Curds
10L Skim Milk + 1L Fruit Vinegar = 9L Whey + 3 Skim Milk Curds

Cream Scoop
Crouch while using the Cream Scoop on a Barrel of Settled Milk to obtain Cream
Feta can be kept fresh longer by sealing it in Brine

Milk sealed for 24 hours will have it's cream settle out,
which can be collected with the Cream Scoop
