Daymare's Cup Mod

I haven't had the time recently to update this, but IckleBickleBee has kindly done so for 1.22 over at https://mods.vintagestory.at/cupmodrevival. 

 

A mod which adds various types of drinking implements with more reasonable volumes.

You no longer need to down alcohol a litre at a time!

After drinking, you can throw your cup, dealing the same damage as a stone. (If you don't want this feature, it can be disabled in the config)

 

Included are:

Clay cups (300 ml)

Clay mugs (300 ml)

Clay shot cups (50 ml)

Wine glasses (300 ml)

Wooden tankards with metal accents (500 ml)

 

Clay products can be smelted in a beehive kiln to achieve any available colour. Any coloured glass can be used for wine glasses.

 

Any wood boards and metal strips can be used to customise your tankard (additional metals such as uranium are available in creative only).

Some cups may break when thrown:

Tankard - Invulnerable

Clay - 20% chance to break 

Glass - 85% chance to break

These values are changeable in the config.

 

To get benefits from having smaller cups, use slowtox https://mods.vintagestory.at/slowtox which takes alcohol volume into account (unlike base VS).

Now works with Hydrate or Diedrate https://mods.vintagestory.at/hydrateordiedrate.

 

Known issues: 

Wine glasses appear to only have surface of liquid when held and not full body of liquid - (I have given up on trying to fix this as it is beyond my comprehension, so if you can fix it, please let me know)
