Daytime Drifters

<p>Enemies only spawning at night/in the dark is the worst trope in video gaming.<br />This mod fixes this. Drifters can now spawn regardless of the light level. Have fun.<br />But drifters spawning in your cellar/house is also annoying, so I got rid of that too.</p>
