Drifters Throw Nerfed

<p>Makes the stone throwing attack less accurate and reduces the velocity a bit, works for all drifters variants.</p> <p>I know we all love and cherish the now iconic 100% accuracy stone throwing ability of the drifters, but figured there might be someone out there that might like a slight nerf to it.<br /><br /></p> <p>Adjust values in the config or with the commands:</p> <p><strong>/drifter_inaccuracy 30</strong> (How many degrees the aim can be off, 20-45 are good values)</p> <p><strong>/drifter_throw_velocity 85</strong> (percentage value where 100 is the default stone throw velocity/speed - lower value means the stone is slower and travels a shorter distance)<br /><br />Those are my default values - I tested for 5 minutes so it should be solid.</p>
