Extra Shelves

Use it at your own risk, test it, mess with it, don't blindly trust me.</strong></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em><strong>If updating to 1.1, please remove your old shelves before updating or you will lose items on shelves.</strong></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I like bookshelves with ShelfObsessed in this game a lot. It's one of the best ways to put things on display, but sometimes I find they're too bulky or the organization is a little lackluster. The existing shelf in the game is really deep and it's not the best option for displaying objects, plus taller objects tend to clip. I always felt that if the shelves were just half as long and came in double, top and bottom variants, we'd be able to place stuff to our heart's content. I'm suprised nobody has done this yet too.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>While I was there I noticed I could set it up so shelves would also follow wood colors, so I did that too. Though I was too lazy to recolor the shelf texture so it's using debarked wood textures, which aren't as nice.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>These shelves use the same logic as the game shelf (more or less) so they work with my other mod <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/43717">Shelvable tools</a>, which you can install if you want to shelf tools like I shelved the wrench in the image.</p>
