<hr /> <h1 style="text-align: center;">Grog</h1> <p>Not to be confused by the wine of the same name.</p> <p>Saw the 1.21 preview for colored pottery. Then realized there's no way to properly recycle clay yet (<a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/22104">Besides this mod, but it lets you turn duplicate clay instead of being a fire clay alternative</a>). So here it is.</p> <p>Basic process:</p> <ol> <li>Crush a specific amount of fired pottery to get a crushed clay item.</li> <li>Use a grinder and turn them into grog.</li> <li>Use the grog as an alternative to powdered calcined flint.</li> <li> <p>Make level 1 refractory bricks by replacing bauxite with grog using the level 2 recipe.</p> </li> </ol> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>To-do:</p> <ol> <li><span style="text-decoration: line-through;">Tier 1 refractory brick recipe alternative to bauxite.</span></li> <li>Better textures</li> <li>Better balance</li> <li>Improve support for other modded/vanilla clay items.</li> </ol>
