Keep Rapids

<p>In the base game, placing a water wheel turns the rapid water beyond itself into regular water, which prevents you from placing more than one water wheel on the same stream.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This mod stops that from happening.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Rapids will now stay rapids, allowing you to place multiple water wheels in a row down the same flow of rapids.</p>
