Logical Clothing Warmth

<p>This mod modifies the values of clothing items to make them more realistic with a 15&deg;C body temperature hardiness.</p> <p><strong>The mod is meant to be played with a 15&deg;C body temperature hardiness,</strong> which I think is a reasonable point at which the character should start wearing clothes. If played with a better hardiness (i.e. 10&deg;C, 5&deg;C etc), some clothing items will get too overpowered.</p> <p>I adjusted the warmth values as they make sense to me, primarily by buffing the overcoats.
