Long Term Husbandry

Description

<p data-start="172" data-end="443">Tired of trekking back to refill your troughs after barely surviving a week-long exploration that ended in a tragic, bear-related incident? <strong data-start="312" data-end="335">Long-Term Husbandry</strong>! This mod doesn&rsquo;t add new food types&mdash;it just makes your husbandry experience less of a day-job.</p> <p data-start="445" data-end="707">By increasing the maximum fill levels of (vanilla) grains, vegetables, legumes, and fruit mash in troughs, your livestock can stay fed while you wander the dangerous wilds, raid ruins, and (probably) die spectacularly somewhere between the savanna and the swamp.</p> <p data-start="709" data-end="724"><strong data-start="709" data-end="722">Features:</strong></p> <ul data-start="725" data-end="1030"> <li data-start="725" data-end="811"> <p data-start="727" data-end="811">Just bigger trough capacity for everything your troughs already know and love.</p> </li> <li data-start="812" data-end="857"> <p data-start="814" data-end="857">Works with small and large troughs alike.</p> </li> <li data-start="812" data-end="857">Made in mind with future updates - Index pathed!</li> </ul> <p data-start="1032" data-end="1186"><strong data-start="1032" data-end="1056">Why this mod exists:</strong><br data-start="1056" data-end="1059" />Because I got tired of having multiple troughs just to last a couple days during my expeditions. - Now I get to camp thousands of blocks away for a week and still have food in my troughs!</p> <hr data-start="1188" data-end="1191" /> <p data-start="1230" data-end="1351"><strong data-start="1230" data-end="1264">Q: Does this mod add new food?</strong><br data-start="1264" data-end="1267" />A: Nope. Your livestock eats exactly what they did before.</p> <p data-start="1353" data-end="1490"><strong data-start="1353" data-end="1429">Q: Will this help if I go on a &ldquo;week-long&rdquo; trip?</strong><br data-start="1429" data-end="1432" />A: You'll respawn back with food in your troughs, still.</p> <p data-start="1492" data-end="1620"><strong data-start="1492" data-end="1528">Q: Is this unbalanced?</strong><br data-start="1528" data-end="1531" />A: I don't (personally) think that this has touched balance atall, you're still having to put in the same amount of food - this just lets you do it less often.</p> <p data-start="1787" data-end="1926"><strong data-start="1787" data-end="1823">Q: Can I adjust the fill levels?</strong><br data-start="1823" data-end="1826" />A: Absolutely. Open the JSON patch and tweak it to your heart&rsquo;s content&mdash;or your animals&rsquo; stomachs.</p> <p data-start="1787" data-end="1926"><strong data-start="1787" data-end="1823">Q: Is this compatible with X?</strong><br data-start="1823" data-end="1826" />A: It should be compatible with whatever animal mod you through at it, this just changes the vanilla food capacity. - if your animals require meat or some other food type; you'll have a problem.</p> <p data-start="1787" data-end="1926"><strong data-start="1787" data-end="1823">Q: Safe to Add/Remove to an existing world?</strong><br data-start="1823" data-end="1826" />A: It's safe to add and remove - at worst if you remove it, you'll lose some trough food.</p>
