No Surface Monsters

<p>A version of <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/26812" target="_blank" rel="noopener">animatiV's mod</a> I made for myself and some friends because mobs on the surface piss me off.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Does what it says on the tin. Shivers, Drifters, and Bowtorns should no longer spawn on the surface.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Does not affect spawning during Temporal Storms. Only necessary server-sided.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>(v1.0.0 is compatible with 1.20.12, please check the files tab)</p>
