Floor? yes.
Ceiling? yes.
Floating in midair? also yes.
On tables, inside builds, exactly where you want them? obviously

Why?
Because shelves shouldn’t tell you what you can and can’t or where you can and can't.
Because clutter is a personality trait.

Disclaimers
- Moving "Full size" blocks, such as dirt, sand, etc, allows for a form of X-Ray to take place. Because of this, by default, the mod is set so only players with "Control Server" privelages may use the Adjustment tools. Players or specific privelages may be whitelisted by using the command /pst whitelist {player/privelage} ; specific blocks can be blacklisted from reshaping using the cmd /pst blacklist <helditem|itemcode> <reshape|shelvable>
- While most items function after resize/reshape, some things (Such as collision boxes on elks/boats) do not adjust the way they should. They're still usable, just takes a little finagling.
- Block information is retained in the SPACE the block is from, not on the block. This means If you place a vessel on block A and move it to block D, while you can interact with and use it from block D, you can no longer place anything on block A (bc that space belongs to the vessel)
- Following that, you must use the wand to reset a block if you decide you'd like to put something else there, otherwise, whatever gets placed there, will follow the same shape/transform that you had previously made to that space.
Recommendations
Works best with mods who utilize the psurface aka "Cabinet Style" display system. Looking for mods that do that? Check out "Blush and Bins"
