Pewter 1.21 compatibility

<p>I wanted to make the <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/pewter">Pewter mod</a> (and its additions) work for 1.21, so I fixed the crashes and moved all the additions into the base mod. I don't care for maintaining it or the modular approach, I just want it to work.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Should be fully compatible with the base mod (meaning you can update from that to this)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Once <a class="mention username mceNonEditable" href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/user/6E8BC656B85F209A3BE2" data-user-hash="6E8BC656B85F209A3BE2">Zach2039</a> updates their base mod, I will remove this mod.&nbsp;</p>
