Pitch and Flax Tweaks

<p>Simple tweaks:</p> <p>1) Flax harvested at growth stage 7 and 8 will give proportionately lower yield drops. Default game is nothing!</p> <p>2) Recipe changed to 1 Pine Log + 1 Litre water in barrel = 0.1 litre resin!</p> <p>Made for Celestial game server, but please enjoy!</p>
