Place On Slabs

Previously was a part of Terrain Slabs, but now it affects all horizontal slabs

 

Lets you place non-solid blocks like chests, bowls, torches, anvils, flowers etc on slabs.

<span style="color: #000000;"> Offset feature is pretty intrusive to the engine, so please report any issues if you find some.</span>

<span style="color: #000000;">You can add blocks to blacklist editing a OffsetBlacklist field in placeonslabs-server.json config. Requires world reload.</span>

<span style="color: #000000;">Known issues</span>

• <span style="color: #000000;">(Minor) Stackable ground storage (fireclay bricks, firewood etc) and some stackable bushes are floating on slabs. The requires either an insane hack or an overhaul.</span>
• <span style="color: #000000;">(Minor) Snowed grass is ontop of a lake ice with a slab inside</span>
• <span style="color: #000000;">(Minor) There are some face culling issues for bookshelves and similar blocks</span>
• <span style="color: #000000;">(Minor) Mannequins and cabinets are temporarily blacklisted due to face culling issues</span>
• <span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #000000;">(Minor) Selection is a bit wonky with flat angles. It's a due to my hacky solution to the selection offset problem, which was even worse on previous versions, and I am still working on a clean and lightweight solution.
