Re-enables Nadiya's Hairstyler when using PlayerModelLib

<p>PlayerModelLib disables the hairstyler interface at Nadiya completely. </p> <p>This mod re-enables it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I recommend using it together with <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/35242">https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/35242</a> otherwise it might break. It seems that it is a requirement to have the options available in base charsel</p>
