Racial Equality (Expanded) - Amphitari fix

<p>This mod fixes a bug in the <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/racialequalityexpanded">Racial Equality (Expanded)</a> mod that causes textures to disappear on frogs' outerwear.</p> <p>Now your frogs won't freeze in winter and will delight your eyes with their outfits.<br /><br />The mod is a <strong>fork</strong> of the parent mod, the original mod is not required to work.<br /><br /></p> <p>Enjoy!<br /><br />(Why we spend several hours to debug that one nasty problem?
