<p>Riley's Classes is an addon for Aldi's Classes. It makes the mod interact with other mods, and adds new classes too!</p> <h1><strong>NOTICE:</strong></h1> <p>Certain items have been moved to <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/rileysrpadditions">Riley's RP Additions</a>. Details are in the changelog.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>REQUIRES <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/aldiclasses">ALDI'S CLASSES</a> TO FUNCTION.</em></strong></p> <p><br>Feel free to suggest additions or changes!</p> <p> </p> <p>This mod is inspired by All Classes, and I intend to add classes from it into the environment of Aldi's Classes, with my own twists and some of my own original ideas too.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please let me know about any crashes or bugs here or on Discord. My discord is rileyvangurd.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Currently added classes:</strong></span></p> <p>Medic:</p> <ul> <li>Can make powerful medkits using steel plates and either alcohol-soaked bandages or medicated bandages.</li> <li>Can make Doctored Gambeson.</li> <li>Can make horsetail from dry grass.</li> <li>Can make Medicated Bandages using medicine made by Druids. Medicated Bandages don't expire.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Merchant:</p> <ul> <li>Can mint Cupronickel Gears and turn them into Rusty Gears by soaking them in seawater in a barrel.</li> <li>Can craft Traders. Currently only temperate traders are craftable, I plan to make all trader types craftable in the future.</li> <li>Can create new cracked vessels</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Leatherworker:</p> <ul> <li>Can craft leather without having to use barrels.</li> <li>Can make Sturdy Leather Armor and Treated Leather Armor.</li> <li>Compatibility with Tailor's Delight. Leatherworkers have access to all leather and hide recipes from the mod.</li> <li>Can make Temporal Leather using a full bucket of Prima Materia. Can make Temporal Leather Armor using it. Temporal leather can also be used for tool grips if Toolsmith is installed!</li> <li>Can make Lime Stones and easier Lime</li> <li>Can make more efficient Sturdy Leather</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Alchemist:</p> <ul> <li>Can turn lead into gold.</li> <li>Can turn salt into saltpeter, and vice versa.</li> <li>Can swap between brown coal, black coal, and charcoal.</li> <li>Can create sulfur.</li> <li>Can turn Native Copper into Malachite.</li> <li>Can turn stones into Flint.</li> <li>Uses Prima Materia for alchemy.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Fisher:</p> <ul> <li>Can create a carbon fishing rod and Superb Bait.</li> <li>Can create a Golden Fishing Rod that fishes up treasure. No bait required!</li> <li>Can make salt and cheaper coral blocks.</li> <li>Excels at harvesting lake ice.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Survivalist:</p> <ul> <li>Can create Survivalist's Lamellar at the cost of an ingot, any hide, and a piece of fat (raw or rendered).</li> <li>Their traits make them fitted for survival in the wilderness.</li> <li>Survivalists are masters of growing mushrooms, and are the only ones who can cultivate the new Truffle mushrooms!</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Prospector:</p> <ul> <li>Can create an unbreakable Prospector's Pick and upgraded Metal Pans.</li> <li>Can create Bony Soil</li> <li>Master of mining.</li> <li>(NOTE: Prospector may get changes in the future, considering that the RP patch splits Deepforger into Blacksmith and a dedicated Miner. Prospector is intended to be a more mining-focused version of Deepforger.)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Artisan:</p> <ul> <li>Can make the Furniture Kit, which allows using less nails to craft furniture.</li> <li>Can make 8x more efficient metal lanterns using the Furniture Kit.</li> <li>Can craft 1 painting currently, the Thunderlord painting.</li> <li>Can create dyes for cheaper using the new Dye Base items.</li> <li>Can create the new Artisanal Lantern items!</li> <li>If Mapper is installed, they can create a more durable version of the Colorful palettes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Current compat added (optional):</strong></span></p> <p>Ithania Backpacks:</p> <ul> <li>Now required for Bigger Backpacks for Wanderers. Size of Bigger Backpacks have been increased.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>BetterRuins:</p> <ul> <li>Classes with the Millwright, Tinkerer and Handwright traits can now craft even more efficient parts using a Machinist's Mechanism Blueprint.</li> <li>Entropics can make Jonas Parts or Jonas Sub-Assemblies from scratch using a Tinkerer's Part or Engineer's Assembly Blueprint.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Tailor's Delight:</p> <ul> <li>Compatibility for leather/hide recipes for the Leatherworker class.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Combat Overhaul:</p> <ul> <li>Armor works with layering system. Stats for the Combat Overhaul versions of the armor have been specified. (Bigger Porcelain Crocks, Bigger Crocks, upgraded cooking pots, etc.)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Quivers and Sheaths:</p> <ul> <li>Leatherworkers can craft items from this mod more efficiently.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Wool and More:</p> <ul> <li>My goal is for all items that require twine or linen to support their wool alternatives as well.
