Smithing Plus_1.9.0-rc1_hotfix

<p>This is a general bugfix patch for <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/smithingplus">SmithingPlus 1.9.0-rc.1</a>.</p> <p><strong>Install this alongside SmithingPlus.</strong> This is not a replacement for SmithingPlus. It requires the original mod to work.</p> <p><strong>Iron bloom fix:</strong> This patch fixes a lag spike that happens when looking at a forge containing iron blooms while they are heating up.</p> <p><strong>Anvil lag fixes:</strong> V2 adds several changes meant to reduce the long freeze that can occur when an anvil is first loaded or viewed.</p> <p>These additional fixes are based on the investigation in <a href="https://github.com/jayugg/SmithingPlus/pull/132">SmithingPlus PR #132</a>. The investigation found that SmithingPlus could repeatedly scan every smithing and grid crafting recipe while trying to determine an item's metal material. Some material checks also bypassed the existing cache, while failed checks were repeated instead of being remembered.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>V2.0.0:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reusable recipe lookup indexes after recipes finish loading.</li> <li>Routing material checks through SmithingPlus's existing cache.</li> <li>Caching items that do not have a recognized metal material.</li> </ul> <p><br /><strong>V2.0.1:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fixed an issue that caused SmithingPlus to add a 1.5 second delay while chiseling by holding LMB.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Recommended setup:</strong> For the best experience, use this patch alongside <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/50265">Anvil Performance Optimization</a>.</p> <p>The two mods are independent and neither is required by the other. This patch can be used without APO, and APO can be used without this patch. Using both is recommended for larger mod setups.</p> <p>Please let me know if you encounter any problems with this patch.</p> <p>Once SmithingPlus includes official fixes for these issues, this patch should no longer be necessary.</p>
