XLib/XSkills fork compatibility fix

<p>A small mod that makes the xlib and xskills forks act as if they are xlib and xskills by spoofing the modid so that compatibility patches with the original mods will trigger.<br /><br /><br />This solves cases where mods have compatibility for XLib/XSkills but it's not activating because the forks have a different modID and are thereby considered a different mod.</p>
