Temporals Reformed LITE

<p>Lighter version of the <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/28176#tab-description">Temporals Reformed</a> mod (full extensive description over there!) that ONLY includes behavior changes. No HP or Damage changes, as well as vanilla-like spawnrates. Will likely take this mod down when the original mod gets a proper config update.<br /><br />Should be more friendly with the balance of Combat Overhaul, though may produce benign yet harmless errors due to overwrites. In fact, this was mostly made with Combat Overhaul in mind and highly recommended.</p>
